Sautéed Garlic Spinach in Macadamia Oil ( Keto, Paleo, Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten-free)

This simple side is elevated by the buttery mouthfeel of the Macadamia Oil, while the neutral flavor allows the flavors of the garlic & spinach to shine.
Makes: 1 serving
INGREDIENTS
- 1 tbsp Jindilli Farms Macadamia Oil
- 2 cups fresh baby spinach
- 1 garlic clove, thinly sliced
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes
DIRECTIONS
- Heat macadamia oil in a skillet over medium heat
- Add garlic slices and sauté for 30 seconds, until fragrant (don’t burn!).
- Toss in spinach and sauté for 1–2 minutes until wilted.
- Season with salt, pepper, and optional chili flakes.
- Plate and drizzle a tiny bit more macadamia oil to finish
