Sautéed Garlic Spinach in Macadamia Oil ( Keto, Paleo, Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten-free)

This simple side is elevated by the buttery mouthfeel of the Macadamia Oil, while the neutral flavor allows the flavors of the garlic & spinach to shine. 

Makes: 1 serving 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tbsp Jindilli Farms Macadamia Oil
  • 2 cups fresh baby spinach
  • 1 garlic clove, thinly sliced
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat macadamia oil in a skillet over medium heat
  2. Add garlic slices and sauté for 30 seconds, until fragrant (don’t burn!).
  3. Toss in spinach and sauté for 1–2 minutes until wilted.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, and optional chili flakes.
  5. Plate and drizzle a tiny bit more macadamia oil to finish
