JINDILLI FARMS – SHIPPING POLICY

At Jindilli Farms, we believe in keeping things simple—shipping is always free! No hidden fees, no surprises at checkout.

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (Free!): Estimated 2-4 business days
  • International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within the U.S. 

3. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.
  • International shipping is not available at the moment.

4. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@jindilli.com within 5 days of delivery.
  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund on a case-by-case basis.

5. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at sales@jindilli.com. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make changes.
