Rich, thick, Velvety Smooth
Thick, luscious and buttery. Could not really detect Macadamia nut flavor - very neutral. Have used it in a muffin recipe and also made the lemon basil salad dressing on the Jindilli Blog. Very good!

Great for Cooking
I recently started using this macadamia nut oil and I gotta say, it's awesome. It has a high smoke point, so I've been using it to fry stuff and it works very well. Not greasy, no weird taste, just a smooth flavor that enhances the dish.

Delicious!
For me, the ultimate test of whether an oil is good or not is how well it performs when cooking eggs. I'm happy to report that the eggs were, in fact fried. I repeat, the eggs got fried. This oil has a distinctly more buttery taste compared to olive or avocado - I like it. My eggs tasted subtly better.

Buttery smooth - keto & low carb approved
We are primarily a low carb/keto household most of the time and macadamia nut oil is Keto approved but hard to find. Great quality oil. Smooth light flavor & is incredibly buttery smooth.
